Jeremy and I had a date last night!!
After 8 weeks of being at home with the little guy, we took one of Jeremy's collegues up on the offer to baby sit. She has 2 little girls adopted from China plus 2 bio kids and I think it was a perfect place for Morgan to play and have fun.
Jeremy and I went out to dinner and went to the movies. We finally saw Sex and the City. I am a diehard fan and got a bit worried in the first 30 minutes of the movie which was pretty cheesy. In the end, it was great....but I did miss Morgan!
Morgan got to play games with Emma, age 2--the littlest daughter from China. The family told us that she put him down for "night night" by covering him with a blanket on her mom's bed and patting his back and telling him "go night night" just like she cares for her dolls! How cute is that?? All of the kids wanted to know when they could see "baby Morgan" again.
Once we were home, he easily fell back asleep after a bottle.
And Mommy and Daddy got a much needed break!

It is always so great to get a night with the hubby alone, but in the end you always have the little one on your mind. Enjoy your time together.

Reminds me of how much I hate that time goes by so fast!!!!
