Silly Boy

Rolling around in the Speech Therapy Workbook Sheets
Fun Fun
Getting Silly
I finally got to post some pictures! I took these a few weeks ago when Jeremy was on call and Morgan totally cracked me up by getting into the collection of Speech Therapy workbook pages that our therapist, Alline leaves for us to work with. I keep them in a drawer at little guy level and he was quick to make a mess out of them while I wasn't paying attention. As usual...rather than getting in trouble, it made the perfect photo opportunity.
As you know, our baby has been home for a year this week. I get totally misty eyed every time I think about that sad and shy little boy that they handed to us at the orphanage. He had cuts on his freshly shaved head and didn't smile for over an hour that first day. He screamed at us when we got back to the hotel ....wanting to know just who the heck we were and where his nanny had gone! My heart ached for him. Thank goodness over the next day he started to open up a bit and show us hints of the hilarious little free spirit that he would become.
My Morgan. You are the perfect fit for our family. You keep us laughing with your crazy antics and you are loved more than you will ever know! You are such a sweet and affectionate little guy....my favorite thing to do in the whole world is to snuggle and laugh with you. We are so lucky to have you as our son!

Yay! You're back! I've missed your posts (stupid broken computer). I love these photos and you're going to hate me, but Morgan is looking like such a big boy.

It's amazing how far he's come in the past year. Such a sweet little guy.

Wow- a year! Never would know he had a freshly shaved head a year ago with all of that hair now (which I love)! Congratulations on one year as a family. Morgan has come a long way!
